WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We send young students and trainees abroad to do internships and language courses and are looking for partners on site to support us throughout the entire process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Networking with potential host companies and monitoring during placements
• Matching internship placements with candidate profiles
• Finding housing possibilities (host families, apartments, etc.) and taking care of all related organisational details and documents
• Organising transfers for the interns from and to the airport/train station
• Monitoring and supporting the interns from arrival until departure
• Availability and support during emergencies
• Liaising with language schools and/or teachers and organising language courses
• Evaluating the stay and internship with both the interns and the host companies
• Organising cultural excursions and trips

YOUR PROFILE

• Open and well-connected Not afraid to approach people and build strong partnerships
• Fluent in English or German
• Living in one of the Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland), the Netherlands or Belgium
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Responsible and structured
• A great communicator

Unterstützung im Projektmanagement

• Allgemeine Büroaufgaben
• Erstellung von Angeboten und anderen Unterlagen
• Ansprache von Kunden und Partnern
• Prüfung von Unterlagen und Unterstützung der Teilnehmer
• Betreuung der Teilnehmer/innen vor, während und nach ihrem Aufenthalt
• Recherchearbeiten und Datenpflege

DEIN PROFIL

• Ausbildung in den Bereichen Sprachen, Kultur, Tourismus etc.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsgeschick und Freude am Umgang mit verschiedenen Akteuren
• Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep correspondence in different languages with our European partners, the applicants and the programme participants
• Research and contact potential partners/host institutions within the E+ partner countries and in Germany
• Organize and monitor the internships
• Input and update participants and partners data in the system
• Examine the application documents and support the participants
• Control that participants are eligible for the Erasmus+ programme and make sure the quality criteria of the
• internships are met
• Keep track of the participants before, during and after their stay abroad

YOUR PROFILE

• Training or degree in one of the following fields: languages, culture, tourism, translation and interpreting, project management, etc.
• Good German and excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced communication skills in one of the following languages would be an advantage: Swedish, Norwegian,
• Danish, Finnish, Dutch or Icelandic
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of partners
• Attention to the detail and precision
• Ability to work in a team and also independently
• Good computer skills and ability to work with EDP-systems
• Excellent organisational skills
