Aufgaben

• Event planning & production: assist in organizing and executing museum-hosted events, including corporate and private rentals
• Public Pragrams: help coordinate museum programs, both virtual and onsite
• Data Reporting: Analyze reservation data to improve event success
• Industry networking: Build relationships with clients and vendors in the event industry
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop promotion strategies targeting corporate, bridal, fashion and entertainment sectors

Qualifikationen / Voraussetzungen

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for event planning and production
• Ability to multitak in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Spanish
