Real estate company specialized in the disposition, acquisitions and leasing of commercial properties in Miami’s urban core looking for a dynamic, progressive tech- driven intern. Are you a match?

Aufgaben

• Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conducting market research on commercial real estate trends and local markets.
  • Analyzing property values, sales comps, and market conditions to support deal analysis.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis:
  • Assisting with financial modeling for property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing deals.
  • Supporting the underwriting process by analyzing cash flow, cap rates, and return metrics (IRR, ROI, etc.)
  • Preparing pro forma financial statements for potential investments or development projects.
• Property Valuation & Appraisal Support:
  • Assisting with property appraisals by compiling data on recent transactions, market trends, and investment comparables.
• Transaction Support:
  • Supporting the transaction process, including due diligence, lease agreements, and closings.
  • Preparing and organizing deal documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork.
• Client & Investor Reporting:
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and investors, such as quarterly investment updates, financial performance reports, and deal summaries.
• Data Management:
  • Managing databases of property listings, investment opportunities, and market data.
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and CRM systems for property listings and transaction information.
• Administrative Support:
  • Coordinating with brokers, property managers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations, scheduling meetings, and organizing files and records.

Qualifikationen / Voraussetzungen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of financial principles (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting)
• Ability to analyze financial statements and generate reports
• Attention to detail
• Analytical thinking
• Organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems or business process optimization
• Basic knowledge of project management and business operations
