A nationwide logistics company is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern to join its finance team! This internship offers hands-on experience in the financial operations of a fast-paced logistics environment, providing exposure to accounting processes across multiple locations.

You will gain practical accounting experience in a nationwide logistics setting, exposure to financial processes in the transportation and delivery industry, mentorship from experienced accounting professionals and the opportunity to develop skills that translate directly into a career in accounting or finance

Aufgaben

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Reconcile invoices, expense reports, and deliveray documentation
• Support monthly financial reporting and general ledger maintenance
• Help with auditing internal records for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct data entry and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Collaborate with accounting staff on special projects and process improvements

Qualifikationen / Voraussetzungen

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (preferred)
